Help with fender flare part number

My wife recently while backing out of the garage bumped the open door of her vehicle against my driver side rear fender flare and damaged it . I have a billet silver painted flare so I am sure I will have to order an unpainted one and get a body shop to paint it. I am having trouble figuring out which mopar part number is the correct one. I see lots of them and the difference isn't apparent. Anyone know which one is correct? This is for a 2018 Sahara.

if you are replacing them with Mopar ones get the Rubicon fenders they cost the same and you will net out 2 inches of space to put bigger tires.
