For tires I would definitely recommend Wrangler Duratrac. Aggressive look she might be looking for as well as a great all around tire. If she is not wheeling it aggressively get 35”. No need for a lift.

Just for reference, this is a spacer lift on stock 33” tires. I just did mine yesterday, took about 5 hours in my garage. TeraFlex 1.5” spacer lift (actually 1.5” rear, 1” front) with Falcon shocks. I got a great deal from a forum member who decided to go with 37” tires.

Start with a set of 315 KO2s on the stock rims. KO2s are very good all around but I have no idea how they do on snow an ice. If you go with a different tire be sure it is a load range C. If the 315s don't do it for her add a 2" RC spacer lift.
