HELP Stuck in Fog Light Hell

The fog lights in the instructions are halogen that have been removed from their brackets. I have LED factory and aftermarket that are completely different.

I am going to make a bracket today of some sort.

Thanks, however those still do not line up with any of the slots on this bumper.

Diode Dynamics makes adapters for there lights to fit the 3 factory bumpers. I ordered a set made for a Sahara bumper to fit my LOD Signature bumper. They might have something that can work for you.

These are actually the aftermarket lights that I went with. Their brackets for Jeep do not work either. So I will be using the universal DD bracket in some capacity.

My plan today is to try to make a drop bracket to connect the top two holes in the bumper location to the flat mount on the aftermarket fog.

Any recommendation on the material I should get from the hardware store? (No experience with this). Bumper is aluminum btw if that changes anything.

I looked at the Aries website and saw they have some aftermarket foglights in the bumper. Possibly an aftermarket foglight designed for direct replacement of the halogen foglights? Maybe a call back to Aries to find out what make those are?

I am currently waiting for their return call/email. Already called and emailed twice. So I will give them a couple of business days.

How about halogen housings with LED bulbs? I've got extra sets of halogen fogs that I'd trade for some OEM LED fogs

I'd trade for those + the led bulbs...

Those sneaky bastards. They might've done exactly that. If that relevant line item was evident in the ad copy at the time I composed my post #7 (p.1), I'd have included it in my post for necessary context. It wasn't, so I didn't.

And I can second the recommendation of Clearwater Lights mentioned in post #27. I had their driving lights on a Kawasaki, and they were the bee's knees. Pricey, for sure, but nonpareil quality and customer service.

That is an aweful place to mount fog lights. Fogs have a wide beam pattern.
