Tires and wheels are super simple. There's not going to be any DIY with that. Axles however, lots of options. Lots of DIY possibilities.

I used torsion half axles. Half axle might be very good for an offroad trailer, no axle tube!
Spacers under mount plate can raise the trailer high!
