Hi Laststand,

I just responded to your other post, but wanted to follow up again in case you didn't see it. The tan soft top is expected to be available 4/2. Please note it is subject to change.

Jasmine,

Sorry, I've been out of pocket for awhile and just checked the forum. Thanks for your response and finding out about this. My local dealer was trying to find out and wasn't sure (knowing it is the only option holding up my order). I did notice Jeep pulled this option of the "build" section of the Jeep.com website. Will keep my fingers crossed on the 4/2 availability.

Hello Jeepcares,
The 8.4 in uconnect and it was supposed to have the "off road pages" on the large screen as well as the cluster, but right now only the cluster has it. Do we know the reason? or if there is supposed to be an update that will give me this feature?
Hi Andrew_MI,

At this time, Off Road Pages are unfortunately not available for the 2018 model year. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment as a result of this.

What does that mean? Are they coming with an update, or are the people who ordered a MY2018 is SOL?

Well, here's something that maybe JeepCares can look into...and I'll admit, I didn't read through the full 25 pages of this thread: What about being able to re-calibrate the speedo to compensate for 35" tires? At the vehicle launch, I thought (hell, I could be wrong) that the word was that the JL would be able to do this on it's own. Well, that didn't happen. So now, I'm perfectly fine with taking mine into the dealer to re-cal, however it seems as if even the dealers can't do this. What I am sure of is that the Rubicon is marketed as being able to take 35" tires with no lift. They even showed off a Mojito with 37"s (may have been 35"s, but either way). What is being done to fix this?
Y’all must have terrible dealers, my dealer told me when I lift and upgrade tires to run it back and he would get a tech to adjust via computer at no charge. He also followed my build and kept me informed through the entire process, when I picked it up my financing and paperwork was waiting for my signature.

@JeepCares spends to much time on chat tracking orders, coming here to answer the same questions seems stupid. Maybe you should try bugging your dealer a little more after all they were happy to take your order and will be happy to take your money when you pick up your Jeep.

Hello Jasmine @JeepCares what exactly does your statement mean please? Will there be an update coming or will those of us with 2018 JL models never get the pages? Come on you supposedly work for Jeep and that's the best answer you can give us, really!
Better damn well be an update. One of the reasons I spent $50k on a new Jeep...among others. Manual says it comes with it...

@JeepCares - I ordered my Rubicon with Infotainment yesterday. Can you confirm there will be a software update to supply this feature for 2018 model year Jeeps?

@JeepCares - Mojilto was pulled from the builder tool on the website.

Are we supposed to take any hints from that? Is Mojito still going to be available, or have plans changed??

Like I said, AI ...responded to my initial hypothesis of "AI", but never bothered to answer now moot question of Voucher Extension, or Crash Test Data release.

I bought a Challenger Scat Pack in December 2014, after they did a model revision like they just did with the wrangler. Advertising and photos of the dash showed a scat pack bee start up screen in the center cluster. Didn't come with mine and I never got it since I bought in the first 6 months the Challenger was released, After 6 months or so they started coming with it. They never provided it to the early purchasers despite continuous bitching. That's why they put their little disclaimers on all their advertising. I guess my point is that just because they advertise it and could later provide an update doesn't mean they will.

@JeepCares With all due respect, we know you are being inudated with a lot of questions here, but to drop an answer like ".... the off road pages are not available on 2018 model...." is straight up nonsense! We paid for it, if an update will fix this in the near future, no big deal, but if you are saying we will never get what we paid for that's a problem! So either be more specific or don't give ambiguous answers, please. Same applies to the windshield tie downs, same applies to red "Jeep" logo mats, hood alarm, etc.... We paid for these features, they were in print and in pictures by FCA. Let's get some real answers on these issues especially the "Off Road Pages!"
{ P. S. Aren't you glad this wasn't a "where's my Jeep" question ?}
