All I can say is if they can not get it fixed for you and tell you they are going to get you a new one don't pay for milage. They tried that with me with my 2011 JK leaker. They tried charging me $1,500 for milage on a jeep that leaked like crazy from day one. I called 1-800- lemon law and had a new jeep in a few mounts.
I am Ordering a new one.

I have a couple questions and one request. Rumor has it that Jeep built some sort of track at the Toledo Assembly Plant and if so can the public take demo rides on the track? Second question can the public take tours of the Toledo Assembly Plant. Lastly, it would be great to have some video of Wrangler JL's being assembled.

@JeepCares Great! can you explain where the off-road pages on the UConnect is? A lot of us were expecting it.
On the left side of the steering wheel, push the up arrow to cycle through the various screens on your dash - not the uconnect System. When you get to an image of the drivetrain, push the arrow to the right. You'll see the pitch and roll levels with images of the Jeep.

Hi folks!

I read a on here more than a few people complaining about ordering the all weather mats when they placed their order to only find out they did not get the regular floor mats the jeep comes with. I confirmed this with my dealership yesterday. Yep! You get screwed! Better to buy them after you pick up your jeep!

To put salt in a wound. My jeep was to be shipped on 2/2. Stopped by the dealership yesterday and my Jeep is still D1! They looked at a few of their of their orders that were placed the same time as mine and all of them have been shipped. After reviewing some of the other orders compared to mine it turns out the only extra upgrades mine has that the others do not have are, all weather mats, headliner and electrical group, they even had an order same color and everything as mine.
If my order has been held up for the mats or headliner I’m going to be pissed! I can get these later. The electrical group is a must have for me.
My dealership also had a few of their orders setting in a rail road yard waiting for a train and had been there for awhile.

They don’t respond to the private messages for delivery status.
I sent one a few days ago and no reply, so don’t waste your time.

They are only interested in folks who are having problems with the JL they have taken delivery of. Anything else is not really a concern.

Jasmine and Julie,
I ordered a Punk'n Metallic Rubicon the day this color option was released. At that time, the only interior option available was tan leather. A few days after I placed my order, other interior options became available, but I did not change my order because I did not want to delay my delivery by a couple of days. Early this week the first Punk'n colored Jeep arrived at a delership and pictures began showing up on this forum. That's when my problems began. Members were outraged and made many derogatory comments about the color, which made me feel sad. By the end of the week, the negative comments began to moderate and a couple of members actually said that the liked Punk'n. I began to feel happy again. Now, there are a number of members that absolutely despise the tan colored seats, and my feelings are back in the doldrums. Will you please ask them to knock it off with the negative comments, already? Don't they have any compassion for their fellow forum members?

Seriously?

There are hundreds of thousands of armchair quarterbacks out there giving there opinions.
Most have no ideal what they are talking about and just want to post stuff for a reaction.
Who gives a darn what someone else thinks or cares.
It’s your jeep, get the one you like and everyone else can go and pound sand!

To make my point.
Here is a photo of my TJ, I get clown comments all the time regarding all of my lights, in this photo one of my front lights got broken off while blazing the trail that had been overgrown and not driven on for many of years.
I laugh at all of these comment about my lights. Why? In 2017 I did 80 days off road camping, yes, you read that number correctly, 80 days, I spent $17,000 in repairs and $12,000 in repairs in 2016 to this jeep. So any one who clowns my lights has not spent half the time I do off road to understand why someone would spend the money for this amount of lights. Why have all of these lights? Just try setting up camp in the dark or get stuck at night on a really difficult trail with dangerous obstacles that you need to overcome to get to where you plan on camping.

Anyone who says they spent as many days a year off road camping as I do will need to prove it with their calendar showing they actually spent this many days off road.
I have already done 14 days so far for 2018. I’m not saying I’m better than anyone else, just that I have spent a large number of days and nights off road camping to learn a few things and I’m sure there are hundreds of things I still need to learn.

Don’t let an armchair quarterback make your decision on something you want and in most cases they can’t even afford to buy!

The test track was for employees only, to get them some experience to understand what the vehicle they are building is really about.

Yeah same here. I sent a message on the 8th and have yet to get anything back. Even a reply saying that isn't what we do would have been better than no reply
