On a side note, the 12th isn't that bad... my birthday is the 11th so its a good week to get Jeep stuff

An idea that I think would be cool to implement is a way to have hard top style side panels that could replace the soft top fabric side panels. “More security” but still almost all of the convenience of the new soft tops.

I'd love the power top side panels on the freedom top.

Probably doable but the way the hard top attaches would need to be redesigned. Currently the hardtop attaches with six bolts along the side edges and two bolts up front while the power top looks like it attaches to the doors, front window, and rear two pillars.

Cassie - Any word on when the premium soft top will be available aftermarket? I just purchased a JL with a hard top because there weren't any manual jeeps with soft tops available in my area.

Cassie @BestopTeam, to add to the soft top availability questions for the JL, please see if you can find out when a tan premium soft top can be ordered either from MOPAR or direct from Bestop. My JLUR 4 door will be delivered in a day or two and there is a big ol box in the back with a black premium soft top in it but I really want the tan. I’m thinking sell the unopened black one and wait on the tan. I just hope that doesn’t leave me without a soft top to switch to beyond early spring.
