Heise LED 30" Lightbar. Comes with mounting brackets and wiring harness. I assume you would mount on of these on the cowl

Generally the 30" Light Bars mount on the Hood hinges, however it requires JL specific brackets, However those are often narrow or low profile light bars.

I just installed this last month. A tall light bar like yours may be to tall for any of the available brackets. Go Rhino has Brackets for this also https://www.quadratec.com/p/go-rhino/30-led-light-bar-hood-hinge-mount-jeep-wrangler-jl

There are not too many places for a 30" whereas hard tops bars are usually 50".
