I wanted to see if anyone has seen this, and/or have some suggestions on what this might be? The drivers side headlight is essentially pointing "down" and you can see a good sized gap at the top, almost like the headlight aiming 'screws' have backed out on the top or fell out?

I did not immediately see where those adjusting / screws used for aiming the headlights are normally at, so hoping someone has some insight and if I am going to end up taking off the grill to get to this or coming in from the back, etc?

Take a look and all suggestions welcomed!

Something looks off!
This post covers adjusting the headlights, so you can see where the adjustment screw is, and figure out if it's that or something else: https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/headlight-aiming-information.5758/
If not the adjustment screw, it's pretty easy to pop the grill off, six pins on the top and it pops off.
If it's something else, like. broken, not installed bracket, it should be obvious once the grill is off.

Or, as @rubileon said, take it to the dealer :)
