Once the JL/JLU is in the bay it take's 15 min..I had the Recall done and then I received the letter of completion. Took 30m to complete.

Counting the time for the Tech to get the vehicle to the bay and to his get coffee, shoot the chitt a bit, and ithe process takes the Tech 30 min. And that's the truth... If you doubt me ask the jeepinformant..
My 2Dr Rubi arrived 2 weeks ago with that recall already shown as completed! They must have caught it at build time.Got the letter last week and took it to the dealer on Friday (6/29). They said it would take 3 hours, but it was only about an hour from the time we dropped it off till they called us to pick it up. Had no issues with cruise control prior to the recall.
You need to forward this to jeepcares. That is a major safety concern that an officially stated safety recall is not being repaired.Bought my Jeep 3 weeks ago. Received recall from mopar app 2 weeks ago. Called my dealer and was told it is a media scam and they are not doing the repair for the cruise. I replied I had heard about it on the news but got official notice from mopar that my Jeep needs the repair. Receptionist replied well we arenāt doing it. I asked her if she was having a bad day... that didnāt improve my chances. Got off phone and called only other dealer within 30ā. They said yes they see the recall but do not have their service running yet. Is it bad to wait and move all my service contract to new dealer? They are due to open end of month. Not a fun way to start a new dealer relationship.
Thatās just about the worst service I have ever heard. You donāt decide if you are going to fix a recall. Forward to Jeep Cares and get this handled.
