8K so far... Tires, Wheels, Lift, Front and Rear Bumpers, tire carrier, etc. Boy I cant wait to GET the Jeep so I can install them!

It sure seems that way. My spending dropped dramatically after having it for a few months.

I'm thinking that you must have a fairly small list. I've added 20 things (that I can think of / track) to mine. That's after all of the base JL370 upgrades and the subsequent 17 changes / additions. Yeah, there's no way I'd be able to do that through one place at the same time.

I just added up all of the mods to my JLUR, not counting labor just the parts for my insurance and I am amazed, considering I have not done any of the big items like bigger axles or engine swaps. Also not counting the mistakes like early mods that have now been changed and it still comes out to almost half of what I paid for the Jeep when I bought it.

...bout $7k for me, prolly a lil bit under. All mods I currently have and have a need for. I'm very pleased with my choices.

Oh yeah nothing crazy. Probably the standard start for modding a Jeep - Lift, wheels, 37s, steering stabilizer, tazer. Probably missing a few odds and ends.

Yeah, I was debating this the other day, because a little bit of me wants to see how the 4xe ages and possibly jump into one in '24 or later. So far, I haven't gone too crazy because I started this time with a Rubi, in '07 when I bought a very basic X - I swapped the tiny tires/wheels out right away.

'21 Rubi - $43k OTD (taxes, tags, everything)
Insurance didn't really change even with adding collision back on - roughly $500/year
Armorlite - Front/Rear - $675
Bedtred - Cargo - $300
Bartact - Front/Rear - $675
Updated recovery equipment - Shovel, traction boards (a lot of mud where I am), kinetic rope - $300
Deepsleep Mattress - $150
Bags for Doors - $200
Bikini Top - $100 (found an open box on the actual top, not a thing wrong with it)

Next up:
New front bumper, maybe a winch - $1500 or so
Portable air compressor -$100
Maybe the Bestop Sunrider Hardtop - $700

So roughly $3k already (since November) - yeah I think I'm keeping this one for 15 years like my JK.

6 months later:

Front Bumper/Skid - $700
Winch - $700

Next up - some sort of lift/leveling kit. Front end is roughly 3/4" or so lower than the rear from the weight of the bumper/winch, not a huge deal.

Possibly 35's.

Trex windshield sticker that gives me an extra 3 inches of ground clearance and 50lbs of torque.

Haven't felt the need to upgrade anything else based on what I've done with it, which is mainly getting me to where I can play outside without fear of getting stuck.

Maybe $750. Neoprene seat covers, chunky floor mats, Mopar trailer brake controller. $13 shipped for two hood prop-rod holders- because I know the factory one is going to break one day so I'm electing to carry an extra in the glove box for when that happens. So far, that's it, and I don't think there will be much more. This Jeep was intended to be an out-the-box ordeal, the modding bug was more interesting in my youth.

I put about $8500 into my previous JK. Lift, bumpers, tire carrier, tires, swaybar discos, winch, lighting. Even over 10 years it was kind of a ridiculous expense. Biggest bang for the buck was lift and tires. At the end of the day it was still a Sport with an LSD rear and 3.73's. Loved that Jeep, but never shook the thought in the back of my mind, "Shoulda gone Rubicon".
