Interested in gearing my current 392 to 4.56 with my small 37s and I would also like to know how people like the new gearing. That’s the only thing personally I find intriguing about the 392 XR.

I have had mine on order since day 1 of order availability. I have called and they keep telling me that they are looking for parts. Today they told me that there is no available date to start production on the Extreme Recon 392, That they are still waiting the simi conductor. I find that quite strange giving they are still shipping 392 wranglers to dealers along with 3.6L Extreme recons. Not to mention the 2022 Jeep Wrangler Willys extreme recon. So what is the real reason?

Ordered mine on 8/13 and picked it up this past Saturday, 10/30. VIN-840725.

My order is the exact same as yours, and placed shortly after you on 8/19. Yesterday my dealer told me to expect delivery at the end of Dec. Congrats on a fast turnaround! Several folks have been lucky while the majority of us wait, and wait, then wait some more.

Same, I know im changing tires and wheels sooner or later so why spend the 4k, just my opinion.

I basically stayed stock except for my 37 K02s, but those are only 35.5 mounted. After installing my Taser mini the Jeep seems to be responding much better. I’m going to tow my trailer to Joshua Tree the weekend after this one and will see if it feels anything different.

Interesting… my order date was 8/19 VIN 844193. Up until last week my dealership told me to expect delivery by the end of Nov, which fits nicely with your timeline. Now they’re telling me end of Dec. So bummed!
