I went to a Lange electric hoist so I no longer need the hand pulled Harken hoist. Great if you have room for the pulleys and lines to go ahead or behind your lift location, not so great from the side which is why I replaced it. Otherwise a solid solution. This is the longer 16ft kit that holds 145lbs.
