Does anybody know if the hardtop can stay on with the rear window/panel removed? There are no such pictures. Why? I wonder what it would look like.

There are only 3 pictures in all the Jeep marketing material with the soft top ON, while doors and rear window OFF. For me it’s a more what I want to see than the opposite that is more common (top off and doors on).

How I like it:

What would the hardtop look like with the above configuration? Can the hardtop be configured that way? It should be, but no pictures.

I wonder because I may consider throwing half doors on with a hardtop configuration.

I too think doors off, top on will be nice driving around.

Yea still not sure why they made it a 3pc top again. A 4 piece top would be easier to remove and give hardtop owners the change to keep the top with the windows down/off.

How would that work with a removable top? Don't get me wrong, it's a good idea, I'm just trying to picture it.
It would roll down and stay down with the top off. Roll up and seal with the top on. No different than a car with a soft top.

On the wife's JLU we have a sun shade for when the hard top is off. At least the Gladiator will have a much lighter top. I will probably just go soft top though when I look at getting a Gladiator.

The profile of the back of the cab won’t allow for it to go down much, even if they did design it to. It’s angled forward at the lower half.
No it’s not.

It only looks like it because the rear fender flare crosses over the gap.

So, you’re telling me my life is a lie? I guess I looked at the cad image and thought the inside was shaped the same.
This means your life is a lie? Haha!

Here's the pic I was looking for last night.

Seems like plenty of room to have a roll down rear window.
