I completely believe you are 100% correct!!! That’s where the wind noise is loudest and I also put come flat weather stripping there just to see if there is a difference. I believe there actually was but wasn’t really able to test it on the highway as my wife and I were driving locally and I didn’t want to leave the the material on to long because it would have been a bitch to get off. I’m not done playing with it so I may try again when we will be on the highway.I've believe I've been able to confirm, that it's not the hard top. (the cross wind beep)( or 70+MPH beep) It's something with the drivers door trim. Namely the top left corner, those seals. There's a lot going on there. As an experiment I added some seal material there to try and flatten out a noticeable pucker on the door seal trim and I made the noise more frequent. I took it out and it's back the way it was (only @high MPH 70+ or cross winds). I'm not done experimenting, but me thinks that's where the problem is.
I just do not have time for the dealer right now, but am keeping track of this thread waiting for the fix to be found..
