I just went to get into my jeep and saw there was a chip in the hard top front driver side panel. Has this happened to anyone else and can it be fixed? its not big at all but still don't want it to be broken this early on. Can anyone help me? Am I going to have to buy all new panels?

It won't get any worse. No matter how careful you are those HT panels always get chipped in those spots.

If it makes you feel better, take some fiberglass strips and patch it and then sharpie. BTW great color on your Jeep.

I have a chip on mine that is a little bit worse than yours... do you guys think I am okay to just touch it up? It's not a huge chip but it's noticeable for sure. Not sure what else I would do...

Attaching a picture showing size and specific location on the hard top would help.

On a textured top, only you will be able to see the touch up. You though, will never be able to unsee it!
Just get some color on there and don’t worry about it :like:

Same location as this one, just a deeper chip. I'll try to snap a photo later today if it ever stops raining

Use black touch up paint. Specifically the one cited above which is MOPAR black.

@TonySoprano

Temporarily, so you don't have to look at it, touch it up with a black sharpie. You will be surprised how that Sharpie black matches.

DO buy the Mopar touch-up paint. When it arrives, clear the chipped area with an alcohol wile and let it dry.....then give say 2 or 3 light coats of the OEM black paint to the area. Done.......

Another vote for black sharpie. You'll forget about it after your first door ding.
