Halogen to LED JScan help

Hi, I've been able to collect all LED lights needed to switch from halogen(headlights, fog, running, and tail). All Mopar take offs. I'm curious if someone who has any experience using JScan can walk me through how to correctly reprogram the lights. I did it before but I keep getting different codes popping up(like a check engine light?), and somehow I got the running lights to run orange(which I actually like more). Sometimes the passenger tail light won't work. It's a mess hahah

At this point, I'm just looking to hear how others used JScan correctly to fix the issue so I don't have to keep worrying about my lights.

Would be interested to know what you find to work for the taillights; I'm considering those at some point.
