Hi Tjbrlecic1,We have contacted the local dealer. The response has been there are no updates for the radio and unless it happens when we are troubleshooting the problem we cannot fix it. Standard non response.
I'm sorry to hear this. It's true, the dealer cannot properly diagnose your vehicle unless the concern can be duplicated.
