Had anyone used line-x on their fender flares?

I spoke with my local line-x rep about spraying my fender flares. She has a JK that she had sprayed and said she loves it. I was quoted $300 for them to remove all 4 flares, encapsulate them front and back, and reinstall them. I am assuming they fully encapsulate them to help them from peeling away at the edges? Has anyone had this done?

It seems like it would scratch the paint when they reinstall it where the flares meet the paint. Also, how does line-x bond to plastic?

No I haven't I'll look into it. Might prevent scratching of the paint.
