Grill Guard On Factory SAHARA!

Pretty dang risky and a lot of work but extremely happy with results. Picked up a standard powder coated grill guard for $70 and mounted to the frame. Wrapped the cut edges of the bumper with auto door edging.

Didn’t cut any metal just plastic. Mounted to frame where the bumper mounts.

I actually just got a Bull Bar to have installed on my Sahara and was wondering how it would look! This at least gives me an idea of something close.....looks nice!

This is the 3in bull bar. I might have done what the OP did if I knew about that. But this seems fine for a light bar and maybe a small deer.
