I was wondering which companies and products people have had good experience with or bad experience with so we can frequent them or avoid them.

@Northridge4x4 is second to none. I have unfortunately had to deal with the customer service twice in the last month. 1- to cancel an order and 2- UPS lost one of my shipments no fault to Northridge. Meg and Madeline both were extremely helpful, pleasant to speak with, and both followed up with emails. However, I would say 75% of costumer service is how you as the costumer service approach the situation.We’ve had great customer service from Northridge 4x4.

Probably because I am waiting on their 2-door Touring Climber cat back system...However, I have had nothing but excellence in both service and product from Borla in the past. A great American company producing top tier aftermarket and OEM exhaust systems!
