It's just a low-profile flush-mount hood protection/deflector (road debris, bugs, etc). It was on the Jeep when I bought it, but I kinda like it, so it'll stay. I used to have one of those vinyl hood deflectors on my TJ as well. More for aesthetics than anything.

I have considered the low-pro snorkel ever since my buddy found it while we were deployed to Syria in2018-2019. I actually forgot about it. What is your opinion so far? Is it like a cold air intake? Does it keep the motor cooler? Etc. it certainly looks cool but is low key.
Sorry, I dont have a basis for comparison. This Jeep is new to me, and the snorkel was on it already. Based on reviews I've read it seems to be an improvement on stock for cooler air intake and mildly better fording ability running with just the low profile. The high mount is an easy add-on and obviously gives you way more potential for playing in the water.
Iron Mtn Resort is in Dahlonega, GA. It's a neat off road park. The trails are not marked well at all but its fun. We had a ton of rain last week and many of the trails were completely swamped and we noped out of them, doing a bit of backtracking to avoid.A. Where is Iron Mountain, GA?
Two that is a cool hitch cover, dude. I have the 13 bolt in-between the Sahara and Jeep on both sides and under the rear key hole. I show my pride in being a Deadhead but low key.
