having not seen one up close. do you think it would be possible to modify a regular hard top to have removeable side panels? are the parts moudled into your hard top or are they parts that could be purchased?
It wouldn't work without some extensive modification. The top on mine has areas where the windows clip in and are slotted at the bottom. Hard to explain without showing you.
Yeah, i figure some fiberglass work and possible metal fab. Id have to drill and bolt to secure the rear corners to the body. Also reinforce the roof to the roll cage... Its lame that Jeep didnt make the hardtop like this from the factory. Thanks!

i installed the base plate and the Mopar tow harness. https://www.allmoparparts.com/sku/82215382ab.html It’s a little pricey but no cut wires. It took me about two hours to install the tow bar plate and four hours on the harness. I did keep the stock bumper. I’m not familiar with the steel bumpers but I like them! I did have to cut into the plastic cover under the bumper. I used the Demco Air Force One Air brake system and IRV Tow Battery Charger. Roadmaster Nighthawk tow bar and I recommend using their rock guard to protect the paint.
Looks great, what lift are you running?I had my lift installed last week, finally took the jeep on a shakedown run to wheeler pass, no squeaks, rattles or rolls.
I ended up going with TeraFlex 2.5" and their adjustable shocks, rubicon express LCA's and rockKrawler front and rear track bars. Everything tells you not to mix brands but the drama trying to find a complete kit is taxing, I have a full kit from rubiconexpress that is currently MIA along with my $$$ so I reached out to TeraFlex and they put a kit together and shipped it within two days. After yesterdays shakedown I am blown away at how well this combination worked out.
