Grab Handles and Sky 1 Touch Top

Has anyone tried something like these on the soundbar for the rear seats and/or on the screws for the roll bar trim for the front seats?

Old thread, but I've started the search for grab handles myself. Saw Bartact added this disclaimer: "***NOTE: NOT meant for the roll bar on the Wrangler JL or JLU 2018+. The threads on those screws are not meant to support weight."

I have the Mopar grab handles with straps for the JK up front. They work and look great with the SOT- just slide the strap over the roll bar and under the roof. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OB7RN44/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

You can get the JL MOPAR ones to fit, but you need to trim back the plastic a bit to fit them under the top.

I haven't seen those mentioned in any threads before! The Mopar sites pages are all kinda vague on what they'd look like/how they install.

So you said they bolt on vs slide in like the JK ones? Do you have any pictures of your setup? They look like they might hang lower than the JK ones, or is it customizable?

While I was curious about those new JL "power top" grab handles, there wasn't much detail and seemed like only for the fronts (wanted matching front and rear). I ended up going with what a lot of people here did and picked up the Mopar JK handles. They do slide in very easily, look good, tuck up pretty high, and work both front and rear.

I had the standard Mopar JL grab handles in my previous '18JL with a hard top- I'm 6'2" and I didn't care for how low they hung down- always seemed to hit my head on it getting in and out. Love the JK strap version I have now- they look great and hang much closer to the roof bar.

JK Mopar works great for SOT. Front and rear no issue, Hard to see on the Jeep pic but the second pic is better. They haven't been tightened yet on 2nd pic.

Which screws would you use there are two sets on the front rolll bar on both driver and other side
