I installed and uninstalled it, like new. You need to buy your own D-plate (https://www.gpca.us/shop/tie-down-d-plate/) which is about $12.

This is the pro version with a reversible cover, perfect to hide whatever in your cargo area.

I just found it is not useful in my case. It intends to hide stuffs underneath, while I don't have that many.
