Got phone call from JEEP saying factory is "prioritizing" 392 production

I received a phone call today from Jeep. They said the factory is "prioritizing" 392's and product should resume very soon. For whatever that is worth. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Mine was recently built late July, in shipping now and will pick up next week from dealer. Never heard that 392 stopped production.

They never stopped, but I think Jeep is going to put a priority on their higher margin jeeps. Which makes sense to me. If your volume of jeeps is limited due to chips. Then why wouldn't you crank out the most expensive models first. Someone made mention of something similar to this about a week ago. I hope this is the case. I have two vehicles ordered and need one of them to show up sooner rather than later. It appears the 2500 Limited ordered wont be here for a very long time.... HD trucks make it look like jeeps are flying off the line. lol
