For the bushings in the control arms.
Are grease able units that hard to maintain??
Which arms are non maintenance units??

I was looking at the Clayton lift with the arms that seem to be maintenance free.

I live in Florida and will not see any rocks in my future. Mostly road and anything around here will be in the mud.

No they are not, as long as you have a grease gun, appropriate grease, and don't mind getting under your Jeep for a few minutes.

It does not bother me as I also grease my steering parts and gives me an opportunity to look at everything to see if there's any problems. If I am doing an oil change, I lube all of the control arms and steering joints while my oil is draining.

As far as non-greasable CA's, there's MetalCloak, some Teraflex (which uses stock style bushings which are garbage), Claytons, and Synergy. Those are all the ones I know off the top of my head.

If you're not worried about articulation, then pretty much any aftermarket control arm would be good.

The Giiro joint bushings in my Clayton arms are working flawlessly, service free. Over 20k on them.

Do you have any pictures of the arms installed by any chance?
Im looking for a 2.5 inch lift. Looking for good on road manners as my wife will probably end up with this Jeep soon. I noticed in the Clayton instructions you have to cut threaded rod for the sway bar links. How was that install?

Everything was very simple, essentially measure and cut on the threaded rod. Then thread the ends on. I used a hacksaw. Here are some photos of my install of my Clayton 2.5 Overland Plus running 38s. All done in my driveway.

I see you paired that lift with the Fox shocks. You like the ride on road with them ?

So far so good. Pretty affordable and ride nice with plenty of flex.

Did you reuse the factory spring perch isolator on the bottom of the front springs ?

Yes, don't need correction perches with this kit. Springs are straight no bend.
