Good shop for winch, lifts, lights, etc in the north end (Marysville to Bellingham)?

Northridge and Mule are my go-to, but I have a friend up north looking for a shop to help him with some accessories. Notably a Warn winch setup in a factory steel bumper, some lighting (Baja likely), and maybe some AMP power steps or rock rails.

Any good shops up there, or should he plan on traveling?
