Hi all,

my first post here. Getting closer to my dream of buying a wrangler. Just wanted to check with experts before I decide to move forward with a deal. I am getting pricing for a 2020 wrangler unlimited diesel, the deal offer pricing for $44.856 after dealer installed accessories. The invoice price in Edmunds is $47.017 and MSPR is $49.160. Is this good or should I continue to shop around? This is dealership in Dallas and I am waiting for another quote in Georgetown Texas, close to Austin where I live.

thanks in advance

Bump guys..... I have reading and I have seen prices as 8% below invoice. This is just 5%, but I know the market is tight. Any insight you can share would be appreciTed

Have you looked in the Recommended Dealers List wiki?
https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/recommended-dealers-list.1227

Being a 2020 model I think they would be a little more flexible with the pricing. I worked with Steve Boeckmann from Jim Butler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and he was able to order me a 2-Door Rubicon for ~5700 off of MSRP. To get that deal I had to be a member of an affiliate group w/ Chrysler (https://www.fcausaffiliates.com/) , luckily my employer is an affiliate but if not you can sign up with a Tread Lightly (https://treadlightly.org/support/members/) membership for $100 which is an officially affiliate but you have to be a member for 30 days before you qualify. Also $1000 of the savings off of MSRP for me requires that I finance through the dealership.

Thank you for the help here. I did what you recommended Bruce. My company is part of the affiliate program too. It was about $500 additional discount.

FWIW I got priced about 5% off invoice from the dealerships around Dallas. Most I was able to secure was 6% off from dealer in Chicago so 5% isn't that far off
