I agree that’s why ima spend 2k more and get a rubicon with a little bit of stuff in it
I went Sahara because I don’t love the red plastic dash on a 50k car. I don’t do major off-roading so I don’t really care about the extra rubi stuff.
I think it’s just preference and they serve different purposes.
Two of my neighbors love their new rubicon’s so I say get what you want.

I think there were will be an aftermarket solution in short time, so I wouldn't not get a vehicle based on the dash.
BUT, you're absolutely right. If someone wants a Sahara and not a Rubicon, you can't tell them they spent their money incorrectly. They bought the vehicle they wanted. If they bought one they didn't want it would be "bad money spent".
Ask plenty of people and they'll tell you paying anything more than $20k for what you get in Wrangler is "bad money spent".
