You strike me as a man who has more important things to do.Hello, I am wondering if there is a practical method to get the aluminum door sills from silver to gold to match my 392 accents colors. Is this possible or am I crazy for wanting to do this?
Take them to a plating company and have them anodized ...they can do them any color you want.Hello, I am wondering if there is a practical method to get the aluminum door sills from silver to gold to match my 392 accents colors. Is this possible or am I crazy for wanting to do this?
Sounds good. I’ll Yelp one. It’s kind of a frivolous things to do but if I get a hold of a good company quickly I’ll do it if not I’ll just install them silverIf the sills are stainless anodizing isn't an option (except heat anodizing, but that's not really the same thing). Like mentioned though a plating company can give you some options.
I'm not sure, depends on the company applying it. Some go thicker so it might mess it up a bit, but I'd ask the professionals firstWould the powder coating take away the design and logo?
yea someone might ask if Caesar drove this jeepDon't get too carried away with the gold accents. Could end up looking like it just rolled out of Cesars Palace.
