Going with 295/70/17 tires - how wide should I do the rim and offset and backspace?

I have a 2019 Jeep Sahara stock has 18’s on it now but want get new wheels and tires want 17’s I’m going with 295/70/17 tire how wide should I do the rim and offfset and backspace I don’t really want them to stick out that far any help please

Here's my Jeep stock, then w/ 295/70/17s added on 17x8.5 +10 offset, good fit at the fender. Pics are before I added Rubicon supsension
