Going from plastic to steel bumper, what bracket do I need for fogs??

I've got a 2020 Willys with LED fog lights and the plastic bumper. Does anyone know what fog light bracket I need to get to connect to the steel bumper? Any help is appreciated

Apparently, you have to add a hoop first, and then some sort of bar clamps to mount the lights.

In the past, I used the PIAA composite light clamps. They are tough as nails and hold those lights firm. They come in 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5-inch, depending on the width of the bar.

1.5-inch = PIAA 30730
2.0-inch = PIAA 30732
2.5-inch = PIAA 30734

No, I'm looking for the bracket that goes in the bumper to screw lights in. I took them out of the factory Willys bumper and trying to put them into a Rugged Ridge bumper. The ones out of the Willys has 3 posts and other has 4.
