F@#k. Another delay just announced... Will be a 2020 model year. Production starts Jan/Feb '19. From jeepscramblerforum;

We have some new info to share! First, we've confirmed the JT is a 2020 Model Year. Based on what we know, we estimate that production will begin around January 2019 and Order Banks should open around January/February 2019.

Here are some additional features/options we have confirmed (see the full list in the first post):

My brother slapped some of this on the front of my 07 before we headed east to VT.

That seems very similar to the hinge protector material

Not as thick I think. But I might give it a try for our Saturday shenanigans. Easy to remove.

Our buddy has one very similar. Still looks really good as well.

Its a great truck. Theres a police officer that lives about a mile down the road that has one just like it too... makes me miss it.

Now if I could buy a Dakota R/T, and swap the old 5.9 V8 with the new ETorque Hemi... that would be pretty sweet!

Yes I did, and yes it does! What a fabulous trip across country with him in a car that neither one of us knew jack schitt about. We kept breaking out the manual to figure how shit worked. What a hoot! That's also when we coined the term "nav bitch".
