I'm still happy with the JT skid plate and I have the Rubicon plastic bumper now.Bumping this up anyone else run this plate? Is this better purchased from my dealer with all the part numbers or through Quadratec or somewhere like that?
I have the 68356721 AB skid plate came off of a 392 Jeep JL with the steel bumper. I installed 2021 steel rubicon bumper on my JL 2021 4xe but it won’t fit. I think I need the 82215183AB skid instead.I'm still happy with the JT skid plate and I have the Rubicon plastic bumper now.
I ordered the parts from https://www.bamwholesaleparts.com/. They had the best prices at the time.
You have a pic of your skid? If it came off a 392 it should be the same.I have the 68356721 AB skid plate came off of a 392 Jeep JL with the steel bumper. I installed 2021 steel rubicon bumper on my JL 2021 4xe but it won’t fit. I think I need the 82215183AB skid instead.

Will I be needing any brackets or other hardware swapping this 392 stuff to a 4xe sahara with plastics parts? You have a pic of your skid? If it came off a 392 it should be the same.
For the skid plate you will need some hardware. Here is list of items needed. Looks like you already have closure panel. Will I be needing any brackets or other hardware swapping this 392 stuff to a 4xe sahara with plastics parts?

Not too bad. If you are doing rear as well that is another subject lol. The end caps will not match Sahara flaresAppreciate it hoag, doesn’t look like I need much.
My current bumper looks to be similar to 392 rear. What issues will I run into doing the rear? Not too bad. If you are doing rear as well that is another subject lol. The end caps will not match Sahara flares
The rear ended caps on Rubicon steel bumper will not match your Sahara flares. Rubicon flares are taller and wider so there will be a gap/misalignment. Are there any particular videos for the front and back that would help me get the job done?
From what?Any understanding of what I’ll need to transfer the oem fogs over to the 392 bumper?
If coming from Sahara plastic bumper and there is no wire harness, you will need to remove your harness and transfer over and buy a set of these (link below) to get your 4 post mount LEDs to convert to 2 post for steel bumper.Any understanding of what I’ll need to transfer the oem fogs over to the 392 bumper?
