Can we swap in the gladiators inverter to get the 400w capability? Are the plugs the same?

thanks!

@Jebiruph - Jerry, I'm not sure if you have inverters in your JL & JT...but I'd value your views on upgrading the woefully weak 150W inverter in the JL by swapping for the 400W in the JT. My understanding is that both inverters are located under the steering wheel, and I would imagine wiring (at least for the AC side) is suitable to run the extra amperage...
But are the CAN bus (or other?) connections consistent across the 400W and 150W units, so that a simple swap out could be facilitated...?

I've got nothing for you regarding the inverters.

Back from the dead...

Curious on this also. Anyone know whether we can install the Gladiator 400W inverter in our Wranglers to upgrade from the Wrangler's OEM 150W inverter?

*I know I can get aftermarket inverters... That wasn't my question :)
