Couple things to look for with those shocks at full flex.... The shock body hitting the frame if you don’t have shock relocation brackets on......

The drive shaft , even though it’s aftermarket will hit the exhaust, not bad but will rub the paint....

Also keep an eye on your brake line, fad wire harness, and locker wire harness. They’ll need to be released from some of their connecting points.

Im sure your shop did an awesome job, no disrespect, this is just a heads up from experience with these shocks. They extend 1/2” longer than the rock sports, and with the GCs flexibility like the RK it’s a different world...........✌

I do have the relocation brackets. I asked, and he did say he released the harnesses, and checked the brakelines at full droop.

Man, she rides so good now. Tires look a little small though. May have to save up for 37’s, lol. Wallet is a little skinny right now. Super happy though.

Your Rubi looks awesome! Not at all trying to nitpick, but was wondering what problem the shopnhad with the stabilizer? I'm asking because I usually see it mounted with the reservoir on top.

Same question I had Mike. Was thinking it may provide better clearance at full stuff but couldn’t think of what it may come in contact with.

edit - see other thread also.

I ordered the one for the JL and he didn’t understand about removing the mount. As soon as I showed him he understood. I thought about flipping the reservoir.

Thanks for all the great comments guys. I'm super happy with how it drives and handles. I put the stabilizer at 12 clicks, and that seems to be really good. I plan on seeing how flipping the reservoir looks.

If you got room, it’s better to run it up out of harms way.

The only question I have is the shock mount on the passenger side. The shock mount just sits in the bolt floating and the shock can move up and down. Anything I can do about that? I don’t have any spacers to keep it in place.

I can’t use that. I can’t switch it around either. I’ve seen some on the internet and they looks similar to mine.

That model is setup mainly for the RockSport SS. You can see on their website how much wider it is then Fox ATS. You will need some type of spacer or a bunch of washers :)

I'd be happy to help you out with the stuff you will need to fix all of this but first make sure you didn't already toast your shock. I would be really surprised if that shock shaft is clearing the bolt you used to attach the shock body to the tie rod clamp. See if it's rubbing and check the shock shaft for scores, scratches, etc.

Shock is good. It clears the bolt on tie-rod just barely. How can you help? Btw, I have the Fox tie-rod mount coming. Was fixing to order that rockjock kit.
