Hey team gecko. I'm strongly considering a JT order in gecko but can't decide. I have a theory after having a white jku for nearly 10 years...but need your help. I think that after say white and maybe light Grey, that gecko wouldn't show scratches very much because of. The lighter color spectrum. You guys have had yours for nearly 10 years.... What do you think? Snazzberry (hate the name) is my other option but I think it will majorly show scratches.

Snazzberry is a beautiful color but a scratch monster.

Urgh, you guys are making me angry! (But just because I'm jealous, guess you could say green with envy?) Sahara 4xe with towing, cold weather group, safety group, remote-prox keyless entry, gorilla glass, black hardtop, and anti-spin differential rear axle. I ordered 6-8 and I'm still in scheduling. "The parts required to build the vehicle are being scheduled and as soon as they are available, blah, blah, blah." I have been stalking cryptostickers and have seen various Gecko 4xe versions ship with every
option except the rear axle. Maybe

I’m in the same boat, 6/9 order rubicon with extras..how’d you escalate? Doubt it’ll help anything but I might as well at this point

Just got the call that my JLR was being loaded off the truck! Heading to pick it up this afternoon! Originally ordered 5/5, found out they ordered a JLUR on 5/20, JLR re-ordered same day.

Only change I want to make currently is to paint the red dash trim. At some point we’ll throw 35s and all black wheels on.

At the risk of appearing uninformed, what is this, and what does it do?

Only change I want to make currently is to paint the red dash trim. At some point we’ll throw 35s and all black wheels on.

The Sunrider for hardtop will be my first then 35s. I'll have to see how bad the red dash clashes, but yeah I might paint that too

At the risk of appearing uninformed, what is this, and what does it do?

It’s a cosmetic thing. It covers the door striker/latch for a cleaner/sleeker look, epecially when the doors are off. I came across them on Amazon looking at other stuff and said what the hell, added to cart and bought them along with other crap I don’t need.
