pretty easy you just need to mount to 2 ceiling joist with 4 lag bolts in a 15” square. you can mount directly to the ceiling (see attached) or depending on access, I mounted mine above the ceiling joist and drilled holes for the cables to go through the ceiling. This gave me about 6” extra lift height and hid everything away.
