Jeremy is the mvp for steering related JL concerns/issues. It’s a new model year and there are bound to be bugs and quirks. Jeremy has done a stellar job of helping the community stay educated while Jeep is struggling to figure this out. Hopefully this gets ironed out soon!

What does 115 degrees mean on the track bar bolt?

When you have a torque value that says 108 ft/lbs +50 Degrees Torque to 108 then the 50 degrees is beyond that using a Torque setting angle gauge.
You can get them on Amazon, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G7ZHJN5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I never owned one before.
All the torque tables for the JKs and the TJ I owned were just torque numbers like lower control arms at 125 ft/lbs etc.
So the JL adds a stretch to the bolts using this tool after your initial torque.

The angle isn't hard to eyeball. The torque wrenches are up to 4% off, so eyeballing it is close enough.

How can I check that the bolts are properly torqued after the install, like routine maintenance? 125 ft-lbs?

This is an awesome resource and should be a sticky! Now... If I could easily identify which bolt is which I’d be golden!

The sway bar links were too loose on my JL. Tightening those helped the steering.

I have found loose bolts on all of my new JL's. Its highly recommended spending a few minutes with a torque wrench, especially on the critical suspension and steering components. Although not as critical some of the bolts holding the skid plates on were loose too.
