I don't have the correct tools to know that I've turned the fastener another 50 degrees. What I have done is research aftermarket websites (such as Synergy, Rock Krawler, etc.) and found most aftermarket parts suppliers list 190 ft. lbs. for front and rear lower control arms. That's what I go with.
