Had a few people I trust go through them with success.Getting ready to order 60/80 axles for the JLURD.
Anyone have experience with Fusion4x4?
Their high steer arms on the knuckle are adjustable for preload . I'm not sure what they're putting in there but it would be worth asking. The plastic will split in short order under abuse. The bronze pieces will outlast everything else when maintained. The fine adjustment is really nice to give you the feel you want on road.Thinking that is what Fusion does.
That's what I ran on my last set of Kingpin axles. That's the right way to go.I’ll be asking lots of questions next week. Fusion only advertises the Reid bronze bushing in there parts section.
Yes I did inquire about the Kingpin set up. To be totally honest I don’t remember everything that was talked about. I probably have an hours worth a phone conversations with Dan at Fusion4x4, plus 30 emails back and forth getting everything right. Everything so far has been 1st class with Dan/Fusion4x4. Communication is excellent.
I do remember they do not use the Reid setup unless ordered as an option. I was told that their standard kingpin set up is not having any troubles with 42” stickies.
I went with the standard kingpin setup. Once I get it I will verify.
