Full Front Bumper and Winch that will Get the Job Done

I have an 18JL Sport and have determined after a recent trip to CO that it would probably be a good idea that I could self rescue if necessary. What would be a good full front setup including winch that would get the job done but not break the bank?
Halogen fog lights seem to be a limiting factor on some of the bumpers?
