Front license plate with steel bumpers?

Anyone have a part number for the new 24 Wrangler with factory winch? I want to see what the factory does for a license plate bracket with winch.

Let me know what you find, just out of curiosity really. I literally just zip tied my front license plate to the steel bumper last night. Took off the plastic that covers the fairlead pass through area and zip tied it from the closest holes. I was looking for a front offset (I wanted it moved towards the passenger side above the bumper maybe or something in that region). I have not found any yet. So, until I find a better non $100+ option... the $0.30 option works.
