Front license plate relocation with Barricade Extreme HD Full Width Front Bumper w/ LED Fog Lights

Anyone have a great solution for relocating the front license plate with a Barricade Extreme HD Full Width Front Bumper w/ LED Fog Lights from Extreme Terrain? I want to get this bumper, but live in IL where we have to have front license plate. I know there are options out there, but which ones work great? I'm not getting a winch right away, so I was wondering if there are any good brackets to mount into bumper without drilling holes or having plates tied down with zips, but would leave the option open to also put a winch in later. I'd rather pay some and make it look nice and clean. I don't want the plate above the bumper on the side.
Anyone have the flip plates with no winch?...that are leaving the option to put a winch on later and not have to get another bracket?
This one from Northridge 4x4 looks like it'd work....anyone have this one?
