Hello all,

Just checking what everyone in Aus is running.

I am still on the standard plastic bars for my Sport.

I am not seeing a lot of choice at present!

Thanks for your import

I think for front, rubicon one is the best, then ARB.
For rear, I may go with ARB

I also have the Overland and I'm looking at this since ARB are now saying they can supply their Overland bar until late Feb early March (maybe). Is Offroad Animal sure about delivery timeline? Also what options did you go with?
Hey Richard, no idea regarding delivery time. I figure I have been waiting 18 months already for an ADR compliant and front sensor compliant bar that I like, so a couple more won't hurt.

My order is for the bar, stealth hoop, skid plate and 22in light bar. I will install a winch (probably Carbon 9.5K) at the same time.

I got one of the 1st bars fitted only down side is they don't come with the rear recovery hooks/ points as they are not ADR compliant

@De-Troy

Hey mate,

does the rear bar come with the holes for the sensors pre-drilled? Did you have to buy a number plate bracket of did that come in the kit with the rear bar?

Cheers,
Avdo

On the front I have the standard Jeep Rubicon steel bumper, and on the rear it’s an ARB.

Looks nice. Could I ask when did you order it and how much you paid for it?
It's a long story... dealer stuffed up my factory bumper during towbar install. They were going to replace it with a new one and I requested an upgrade to the ARB bumper. Dealer therefore paid more than half the cost of the ARB one, I think the RRP is just over $1400.

The order was placed towards the end of September but due to covid there were delays and the bumper only arrived mid January.

I decided not to go with the ARB mud flaps, will see how I go with my own solution first.
