Sahara works just fine on the beach.

Looks fun. Enjoy the R&R. What's the green mount on the spare tire? I doubt its a hoagie holder.

I have been driving in deep soft sand on the beach since I was 16 years old (26 years ago!)
As long as you have true 4x4 and let about half of the psi out of the tires, you'll be fine.
One thing NOT TO FORGET: get underneath it with a hose and rinse the undercarriage off very well every time you get home...takes about 10 minutes

Edit: my comment is regarding true beach driving on deep soft sand. You could probably drive anything on packed sand
