Here is what I did with Goose Gear. I put my own railing on top for additional storage. Haven't used it yet but I think it look like a clean set up.

That’s awesome. The more I’ve been camping the less I’ve felt a need for a slide. My Dometic CFX55 just sits in the back of the Jeep and we get things as needed. If we’re at a camp site for a few days, we might take it out and bring it closer to the trailers kitchen. I would like some type of storage system for the rest of my items but I might just get something more removable.

The Goose Gear is very sweet but it is a commitment. Lucky for this Jeep is used only for our overlanding adventure. I have a sweet LJ that I use for the hard stuff. I have the same stove and its pretty sweet. My friends and I renting Tear Drops in the next couple of weeks to try the trailer life. Doubt we will get trailers but it should be interesting.

Yeah a trailer isn’t a perfect solution but for the way my wife and I like to camp it works perfectly.

So I got the Step22 cases in today. I was thinking to use them inside of the Roam container for organization but they’re way too large. I think I’m still going to keep them and use them possibly to sit on top of the container or inside the trailer. I might just leave the container open at the bottom and wait for the lid organizer to come in for the smaller items. I like some of the accessories you can buy like the wrench bag that can go inside one of these things.

Makes more sense to just leave it plugged into the trailers lithium setup anyways.

Wow, missed this post. My long term plan is something like that. So I can set up base camp, disconnect, go wheeling, and come back to sleep. This is my dream. I'm so jealous!

Thank you for the kind words. I absolutely love my setup. It’s a great product and I love the tent. Like you said, you can disconnect, go wheeling, find remote hiking or mountain biking spots and come back to base camp.

I’m truly blessed. Hopefully you get this setup and more. Put your mind to it and you’ll have it soon enough!

I love that the stove can stay inside the trailer. I have the same stove in 22". I'm holding off on getting a Goose Gear storage solution to go onto my Goose Gear base, until I figure out what I'm going to do (trailer or no trailer). Awesome setup, thanks for sharing! #moreideas

That’s what this forum is all about. Sharing ideas! I’ve only been a Jeep owner for 14 months and I’ve learned so much.

Dream on this! OffGridTrailer Exp2.0 from Canada. Can’t wait till spring, first chance to really use it for multiple nights and miles.

Awesome! How do you like it so far? Does it fit in your garage? What are the pros and cons you’ve discovered so far.

I like and it looks so cool going down the road. Have had trailer, fifth wheels and motor home w/ toad. But my favorite camping is primitive and overland. I have a 12’ high by 15’ wide by 45’ RV barn. No problem getting it in. Overall height wlo roof bag: 79”
Overall width: 89”
Overall length: 166”
Dry weight: 1700 lbs
Tongue weight dry: 290 lbs

That’s awesome I’m glad to hear that you love it. So I take it this wouldn’t fit in a standard size garage? Sweet you have an RV garage

I think it would fit a standard single garage door opening if you don’t have roof top tent or cargo bag or awning. Cargo bag would add another 12” to 18” to height and awning would add another 6” to 9” to height.

Good to know. Any more photos or video walk-through?

That's a sweet trailer, but if I decide to get one it'll be a lot smaller and lighter, with a RTT on it. Like alksion has.
