This is the stock carrier minus the break light and camera (no wiring). All the housing, mounting bracket and screws included that were not reused with new mount (the 8 screws that mount to the tailgate are not included).

Local Pickup (Apex/Holly Springs). If you want it shipped, you have to cover packaging and shipping costs (I am just going to take it to UPS store)

Yes, I have no idea on shipping. I would literally bring it to the shipping place and have them pack it and ship it out. I would guess $20 plus shipping freight.
