Frame Color is Army Green

I was underneath my Jeep recently and was impressed when I noticed the dark green paint on the frame. I had always that it was just black. I just never had taken a good look at the frame before with a flashlight.

So I'm assuming this must be an Easter egg since it looks to be the old army green. Anyone else notice this?

My 18 JL Sport is unquestionably black. The Jeep is white.

Our 2019 frame is jet black, but then again so is our 2019.

Never seen a Wrangler frame painted any color but black.

I was at the dealer, the salesperson was a beautiful blond that looked just like Christy Brinkley. She insisted I test drive the JLUR. We went for a long drive on an oak tree wooded trail in the hills of the California central coast and she had me pull over. She leaned in close to me. Her eyes were like blue pools of a mountain spring, her skin like a porcelein doll, her warm moist breath like....a nasty wet dog sh!#. I WOKE UP! Our dog was laying on the floor next to the bed, snooring and farting.

My frame is the same green on my '20 Gator JT. It's noticeably darker than my Gator paint. There were posts like this on the JT forum a year or so ago about this.

It’s good to have a drink or two with your Jeep.

My 23 frame is also grey some of it is black but most is grey. I haven’t asked the dealer yet about it.
